14-day return

You have the right to return any product purchased on BumbyBoom within 14 days of receiving the package, according to applicable legislation on distance selling. The return is completely free — we cover the return shipping cost.

• The 14 calendar day period starts from the moment you take possession of the product
• No explanation is required for the return
• The product must be returned in the same condition as received, with tags intact

How to return a product

The return process is simple and fast. Follow the steps below:

   Access the order

   Log into your account, go to My Orders section, and select the product you want to return.

   Generate the return

   Press the Return button and follow the instructions. You will receive a return code by email.

   Hand over the package

   Pack the product in the same box, attach the return code received, and hand the package to any Sameday easybox.

4. 4

   Confirm the return

   After the seller receives and confirms the return, the money is automatically refunded.

When do you get your money back?

Refund is processed within a maximum of 5 business days from the moment the seller confirms receipt of the returned product. The money is returned to the same card you used for payment.

• The legal refund period is maximum 14 days, but we process returns within 5 business days
• You will receive a confirmation email when the money has been refunded
• If you paid by card, the amount appears in your statement within 1-3 days of processing
