Secure card payment

All payments on BumbyBoom are made exclusively by bank card, through an authorized and secure payment processor. We never store your card data on our servers — information is processed directly by our payment partner, according to the highest security standards (PCI DSS).

Payment is made when you choose a seller's offer
Funds are held in escrow until product receipt is confirmed
After confirmation, funds are released to the seller
You receive an invoice by email for each transaction

Easybox — only 9.99 lei

Delivery is done exclusively through the Sameday easybox network. The delivery fee is fixed: 9.99 lei, regardless of the number of products or package weight. The package arrives at your chosen easybox in 2-3 business days, and you receive a unique pickup code via email and SMS.

Free returns within 14 days

If the product does not meet your expectations, you have the right to return it within 14 days of receipt, at no additional cost and without giving any explanation. This applies to all products purchased on the BumbyBoom platform.

Money is refunded within a maximum of 5 business days
Product must be returned in the same condition as received
